Maria was great. She was very user-friendly and kept me informed on the service process. As far as Sarasota BMW, two things annoy me. First, I am constantly hearing from you ( via emails, texts, and calls) about everything ranging from my latest service (twice per visit) to buying my present car. Second, I don’t like the fact you charge me the credit card fee when my car gets serviced. Seriously. This action seems a bit petty. Your behavior on these matters don’t paint a positive picture.
