Service advisor told me I didn’t have tire replacement program and tried to charge me for tire, had to prove it… they should know they sold it to me. Didn’t pass on a differential leak they found until I program and tried to charge me for tire, had to prove it… they should know they sold it to me. Didn’t pass on a differential leak they found until I told him it was in service video. Tried to pass off a rental vehicle as a “loaner” and then failed to notify me they didn’t fix the leak after I made second trip to get it fixed. Only way I knew was to go back and confront him after reading service notes. Leak will soon be out of warranty. They are either incompetent or liars or both. More

Osman did an excellent and helpful job explaining some of the functions on my new BMW, after I’ve had it for a month. I came to be BMW unexpectedly and he was ready to help me immediately.
