Very honest and very accomodating service department. Highly recommend because I know they will only do required work, there is no upsetting here. The kiosk check-in was entirely redundant to what I completed on line in addition there were many superfluous questions. I was then asked many of the same questions by Cameron. After waiting for 1 ho completed on line in addition there were many superfluous questions. I was then asked many of the same questions by Cameron. After waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes with no update, all I needed was an oil change, I went to his desk to ask for an update but unfortunately he was not there. I waited for about 15 minutes and he returned and told me it should be done “soon”. It was a most sub optimal service experience. I have been a BMW owner for 20 years and have used BMW service in five other locations and four states. All of which were personable, timely, and customer focused. Unfortunately this experience missed the mark, by a wide margin, on all three. More
