Lack of thorough and professional communication from the service advisor, Derek. Horrible experience. The service advisor (Brian George) was the worst you can have. Speaking to him was a weird experience. No even look at her... It seems that he had some issues. After I explained him why we brought the car, he told us that it would take about hour and a half. This was at 10:30 AM. We tried to contact him several times, and it looks that he didn’t know what he was doing. Finally at 3:30 PM my wife saw our car parked in the service line, and she asked him if the car was ready. He said that it was ready an hour ago! I wonder why he didn’t told us that the car was ready! We where seated in the waiting room for a very long time! Very weird More
