I had a not so good experience turn into a great one. I bought a car from Bobby. He did a wonderful job of helping me find the right car for me. After looking around at other places I decide to come back I bought a car from Bobby. He did a wonderful job of helping me find the right car for me. After looking around at other places I decide to come back to Bobby and officially make my purchase. It was at this time that I noticed some ants. Not a big deal he promised to get those taken care of along with a few other cosmetic issues. Left the car over the weekend while they provided me with a loaner. Tuesday morning I came back to pick the car up and there seemed to be less ants but I was promised that they’d die down. Sunday comes around and the ants were unbelievable and an Oil light had come on. I reached out to Bobby and he referred me to Beth in service who made sure to put me in the first apt the next day. Again I was provided a loaner and Derek assured me that the car would be taken care of. Finally, it’s Friday and I picked my car up better than before. I am very thankful to Bobby, Beth, and Derek for doing such a great job! More

Very professional. Awful calls were returned on time. Rafael was very courteous and understanding. The car was brought in at 4:00 or 5:00. The car was actually ready for pickup at 3:00 the next day the only problem I had was I wanted them to look at the windshield wipers no fluid was coming out. Still have the same issue.
