We had an appointment for 11:00am Monday morning 12/13. At 2:00pm I called the tech to get an update on my car and got his voicemail. I called again at 3:00pm and got the voicemail again. At 3:30, the tech called me and said they looked at the car in the parking lot and were hoping to do the video inspection by the end of the day. On Tues. morning I got the video inspection and estimated bill to replace the valve cover gasket. I called and gave them permission to make the repair. The tech worked to get me a discount on the repair for which I was very grateful. I called early that afternoon to ask if I could pick up the car that day and he said it wouldn't be ready. I texted him at 10:58PM Tues night and asked him to text my wife Wed morning to see if we could pick up the car at 10:30 Wed morning. He texted Wed morning and said it wouldn't be ready until around 3:00pm. On Wed. at 1:14pm, he texted me and said the car was ready for pick up. My wife had my car out so I texted him and said we would pick up the car Thurs morning. We paid in advance but it still took us a half hour to get the car once we got to the dealer. We had an appointment for service but it took over two days to get the car repair. What is the purpose of making an appointment? I think that is very unreasonable. Kevin Kumanga More
