Friendly, efficient service in a comfortable and clean facility. Service rep very helpful and informative. Tech found tire damage that required both front tires to be replaced. The damage was difficult facility. Service rep very helpful and informative. Tech found tire damage that required both front tires to be replaced. The damage was difficult to notice but potentially very dangerous. Probably the result of hitting unavoidable potholes on the Mass Pike! Bottom line was a good outcome for a routine maintenance service visit. More

I have had great service at this dealership before so I choose to drive all the way there instead of a dealership closer to me. On the way there I had a rock hit my windshield I originally made an appoi choose to drive all the way there instead of a dealership closer to me. On the way there I had a rock hit my windshield I originally made an appointment for my sticker and I added the tire replacement since I was getting my sticker while there they also added some other fluid replacement I ended up with no sticker which is what I wanted to begin with and now I need my windshield replaced The new tires were dirty looked old it did not look like I just spent 2000 dollars on them No car wash, no vacuum. More

Great product but even better people! Purchased my first BMW in 2012 at this dealership, Steve Shifmen got me to upgrade to the 550i and he wasn’t wrong. Even though it’s changed ownershi Purchased my first BMW in 2012 at this dealership, Steve Shifmen got me to upgrade to the 550i and he wasn’t wrong. Even though it’s changed ownership I have continued due to the amazing people. Even purchased a truck from their sister dealership. Matt Roy and Tom Bates have been a constant since my first purchase at this location and I’m loyal for the great help everyone has given me. Gene Kalp, who’s been my salesmen on my last few is just as outstanding. Nate Paintsell sold me my X6M comp and he’s just as awesome as the rest. The newly upgraded facility is wonderful. Can’t say enough about my experiences, they’ve all been outstanding! Thank you team!! More
