Purchased my X5 M50i from Harold Shelby after literally walking away from another BMW due to terrible customer service. From first contact Harold treated me like a VIP and the VIP treatment continued even walking away from another BMW due to terrible customer service. From first contact Harold treated me like a VIP and the VIP treatment continued even after I picked up the car. Harold made sure I got the veteran discount (even though I didn't know there was one) and he kept me fully informed all the way through the process. Harold even sent me pictures of my car being loaded off the truck straight from the factory and stayed beyond closing time to allow me to pick up my car that same day. Harold has earned my current business and all of my future BMW purchases. There are two BMW dealerships closer but I will gladly take the longer drive to do business with Harold, Gen and the rest of the folks at BMW of Silver Spring. More
