I came to meet Dave Strassman and Silver Spring BMW purely by accident after spending the previous four frustrating months searching for just the right car. My search took me all over my local driving purely by accident after spending the previous four frustrating months searching for just the right car. My search took me all over my local driving area, experiencing various car manufacturers, dealerships, and sales people. Arguably, my “want list” was very particular since it is a car I hope to own for many years to come. This surely was a contributing factor to my frustration level, but that was all about to change after Dave responded to my online request for information regarding a car of that BMW of Silver Spring that was in production at the BMW factory in Germany. I had all but given up on finding the right car, but Dave was immensely patient, empathetic to our frustrations, and determined to get us into the right car. He worked with me, a lot on his own personal time, to help me navigate through my “want list”, explain some of the cryptic language from previous sales people, and to assist me in working through the issues. Dave proved himself to be kind, honest, patient, and very determined. He worked diligently on our behalf to get us a great deal with BMW of Silver Spring, making the process as effortless as possible for me and my wife. At one point, my wife and I found some time to drive over to see the car together. It was, however, unannounced and prior to them performing the final preparations. None of this affected Dave. He immediately juggled his schedule for us, had the car brought around (un-prepped) for us to look at, and spent quite a lot of time with us to get the BMW App working so as to make the final delivery go smoothly. He took us around the dealership, and introduced us to other BMW of Silver Spring employees, all of whom were incredible. My wife and I are now enjoying the car we had always hoped to have, and we have Dave Strassman and the team at BMW of Silver Spring to thank. Great job folks, and thank you all so very much! More

I had the good luck to have Kyle Greene as my sales associate for the recent purchase of a 2026 Z4. Kyle made it his mission to find it for me, and he did, on a ship in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, heading for port in Georgia. Kyle worked with his manager to get the vehicle redirected to Silver Spring, where I took delivery in August. It was clear throughout the month I worked with Kyle that his goal was to make sure I had what I wanted, and he made it happen. I don't think there is higher praise or endorsement I can give to what a thoroughly professional sales associate he is and how pleased I was with every aspect of the purchase process. More

The negotiation process went smooth and I was satisfied with the trade in amount for my old vehicle. Mr. Shelby explained everything thoroughly and took the time to give me a crash course on how to operate all the controls. This has been the best auto buying experience for me in half a century. My husband and I recently leased 2 electric vehicles from this dealership, seeing as we went electric, we set up a Level 2 charger in our garage. We noticed that the cars would charge really slow because it this dealership, seeing as we went electric, we set up a Level 2 charger in our garage. We noticed that the cars would charge really slow because it automatically limited the charge level to 6A. We tried our best to trouble shoot this to no avail, for a whole week. We then reached out to Mr Amit Thanki, the product specialist, explained the issue, he asked for some photos and videos. He quickly realised (via a phone call might I add ) that the issue was the level 2 charger was not set up correctly. He gave us one simple step to follow, we did that and all our issues were sorted. We had been dealing with this issue for a over a week before I called Amit, if only we had called sooner. I say this to say, I truly felt like he cared about the product , cared about how we felt about the product and our overall experience, he would not stop till we had a resolution to the problem! Did I add that he helped us over the weekend, after work hours, on the phone! Truly next level service, we are two happy customers! More
