Our recent X5 purchase experience was awesome! We were helped by David Davila, a true professional and gentleman! He made arrangements for us to test drive multiple vehicles and in the end we were able to find the perfect fit. David was always very respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all our questions in a timely manner. His expert use of the IT technology and online sources allowed us to see side-by-side comparisons of the different models we were considering. During the sales process, David made it clear to us that he was interested in finding the right vehicle for us and not just selling us a car. Lastly, as part of the delivery process, he explained and demonstrated every feature of our new vehicle. We really appreciated his time and assistance! I would recommend David and the BMW Silver Spring team to anyone and will definitely be a repeat customer when purchasing another BMW. More

Nate Vitek, Client Advisor, guided us through the car delivery day, introduced us to our new Z4, walked us through the My BMW app and answered our questions. He was a big help setting up the car for the delivery day, introduced us to our new Z4, walked us through the My BMW app and answered our questions.
