Just a quick review to say how happy I was with my service advisor Joy Chilcoat and service manager Joe Diss. I had a run flat tire blowout after hitting a large pothole on a major highway. Scary! But service advisor Joy Chilcoat and service manager Joe Diss. I had a run flat tire blowout after hitting a large pothole on a major highway. Scary! But I made it to the dealer late that afternoon. Joy was able to check and confirm they had a replacement tire in stock. They replaced the tire and preformed a much needed alignment.
