I brought my car in for routine service and that was all done well. There was also a part that needed to be replaced under warranty. At first I was told it would take a week and then only a few days and the done well. There was also a part that needed to be replaced under warranty. At first I was told it would take a week and then only a few days and then it actually got done in two days. Heather was very communicative, but it seemed like the mechanics ( or Heather?) didn’t understand the problem and how it would be fixed. In the end, though everything was done properly. More
