Searching online, I found the exact X3 that I wanted as far as color and options at this dealership. It was a 2 hour drive from my home. I called and was given Mitchell, a salesman who was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and arranged a time for me to see and drive the vehicle. To say that he was a great person with whom to work for my car purchase would be a major understatement. Never have I purchased through a salesman or dealership that made the process so easy. Mitchell told me from the beginning that their dealership would never be pushy or constantly call, text or email, but instead would make themselves available as needed. Their philosophy was rather unique, and certainly one I greatly appreciated. My new X3 is just what I wanted, and the purchasing process was a 10 out of 10.
