Great Place to Get a Great Car I searched Westlake’s web site and found a certified BMW I was interested in buying. I drove to the dealer and met Jerry. We drove the car I and decid I searched Westlake’s web site and found a certified BMW I was interested in buying. I drove to the dealer and met Jerry. We drove the car I and decided it wasn’t the one for me. Jerry then showed me the wide variety of BMWs at Westlake. Jerry was great. He explained the features of each car and we discussed how each suited my needs. There was absolutely no pressure, just information. I eventually purchased a 2019 courtesy car with a few thousand miles. The courtesy car discount along with the $4000+ credit for using BMW financing for part of the purchase price made for a very nice deal. When I returned to pick up the car, I noticed a tiny spot of touch up paint on the hood. Most probably wouldn’t have noticed it, but I used to paint cars. I told Jerry that the spot was a problem. The General Manager got involved and the hood is being professionally painted to make sure I am satisfied. THAT is Great Service. I am picking up my car next week and In a few years I will buy another BMW from Jerry at Westlake BMW. I am from the Detroit area and researched dealers from Detroit to Chicago to Ohio. Westlake BMW has the largest selection and best prices. I will be back. More
