Ken got me my first BMW at age 24!!!! When I first went to BMW of Westlake I knew what kind of car that I wanted and the color! Being young I wanted something small, classy and affordable. When it became apparent that this vehicle did not fit my needs, she went out of her way to find cars that would fit my needs, even requesting vehicles from other locations. Putrri responded quickly to my every message and was pro-active in providing me links/connections/etc. She suggested and provided me test drives in vehicles I had not previously considered. This experience led directly to the vehicle I actually purchased. While Putrri answered all questions quickly, she did not in any way attempt to pressure or guide my decision. This approach contributed to my decision to purchase. Even after my purchase was complete, Putrri has continued to contact me to make sure that I am satisfied and that all my questions are answered. I have had a very positive experience with this dealer and would both purchase from Putrri again and recommend her to others. More

This was the Best Experience I've ever had! Through a friend I was directed to Ganley to lease a new BMW. The manager, Bob Stecker called me the next day and we set up an appointment. He handled the entire process efficiently & professionaly and I was so impressed. He set my appt. with the Finance Mgr., Mike Niedzwiecki who was outstanding. I was then turned over to the "Expert" Dirk Steffen, who instructed me how to use all the "Toys" in my new car. He was so great I actually understood him.
