Great, honest salesman. WILL buy from again! I worked with Q at the Middleburg heights location and was initially interested in a 2013 535ix. They let me test drive several cars, and I actually took a liking to a older car (2008 535ix) There was no pressure to make a move on either car, and they let me take the car over the weekend to decide!!! Most other dealers would not even let me take a car without a sales rep in the car. Even got to talk tot he tech who did the major work to the car prior to sale. Q was great- great team. Would buy from again!!! More

None Better than Ken Delk! I've always wanted a BMW, so when the time came for a new vehicle, I decided to give Westlake BMW a try. I had been on a few other test drives in the I've always wanted a BMW, so when the time came for a new vehicle, I decided to give Westlake BMW a try. I had been on a few other test drives in the days prior to my visit and some dealerships had soured me on my buying experience. My family and I walked into the showroom and were greeted right away. I was introduced to Ken and we discussed what I was looking for. I had my eye on an X3 in the showroom, and he took the time to go over every detail on that vehicle ensuring that I could make a very informed decision. Then we went on the most AWESOME test drive I've ever been on, and this is NOT my first car purchase. He showed me just how the X3 handles in various road conditions and traffic scenarios. He made me feel very comfortable with the vehicle before we brought it back to the showroom. There was never any pressure to buy, nor was there a sales pitch. Ken was extremely polite with his approach and made me feel like I was his only customer. Needless to say, I purchased the X3 in the showroom, how could I not after learning about and driving the vehicle. Ken made the entire experience very enjoyable, and I'm not always enthused about spending big dollars on the wheel for vehicles. When I picked up the X3, I got to spend time with Mike in Financing and Nate, my BMW genius. Again, another quality experience. I never once felt like I was anything less than top priority. For anyone considering a BMW, this is the place to be and Ken, Mike and Nate are your go to team! More

Even tho they mostly sell used cars, I was looking at the 2016 X-1 and he brought one to my work so I could I worked with Greg at Middleburg Heights. Best experience ever I called early on a Friday morning to inquire about 2010 C300 that was on the website. After a very professional conversation with Steve. Steve, who I s the manager put me in touch with Q and Dan to finalize the purchase. They both worked to get things taken care of. Upon my arrival to test drive the car, Dan have already secured financing and Q had the car all ready. Needless to say I'm enjoying my new car now.
