I could have waited, but that superb experience and the BMW Holiday promotion (1.9% financing and them making the first payment, too) clinched it for me. Jerry was super as before and his professionalism made the experience top-notch. All involved worked hard to give me an excellent deal (trade-in value, price of cpo bmw, and other incentives). The pre-owned offices have moved to where the new car showroom was before relocating to Westlake and are very nice. I look forward to a long relationship with Jerry and this dealership! More

Nice amenities for customers and all staff was very kind and considerate. We have bought one car for my family previously, but this is my first time buying a BMW. We came back to work with Ken Delk because of our previous excellent experience buying the M3. Ken and all the rest of the staff we dealt with during the whole buying process were amazing. They really take the time, care and consideration of each individual during the whole process. I like that they treat you with respect and kindness when trying to search for the car and options one is looking for. They worked hard with us to get our payments where we needed/wanted them to be and worked hard to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I appreciate that. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about all the staff we worked with at BMW Westlake. It was an overall excellent experience! My husband and I found a car online through BMW Westlake w Loved everything about this dealership. Everybody is so friendly and Howard is exceptional. My husband and I found a car online through BMW Westlake website. I did look at other dealerships' websites, but they were terrible. I could not see features of cars or search for options I wanted. While we were on the way to see the car, we had agreed that we loved Mercedes we looked at couple days prior and wanted to look at BMW just because I always wanted one. Howard was very friendly, had car ready for testdrive and showed us all the features of the car on the road. We told him about Mercedes and he gave us too many reasons why BMW was a better pick. I was sold on BMW right away! My husband likes to take time to consider his options, but even he was ready to sign a lease agreement. Howard gave us a great price and free services that BMW offers are a great deal! Happy with our purchase and cannot wait to work with Howard in the future. More

I called Frank Steffen from Michigan on a Friday afternoon and after talking to him for 5 minutes I was able to tell what a kind and honest person he is! Especially after having to deal with the arrogant people of the Farmington Hills of Michigan dealership who are notorious for their bad service! After a couple phone calls and couple e-mails, Me, Frank Steffen and Scott Miller were able to reach a deal in less than 2 hours. The price they had to offer was very competitive. They even went out on the lot, found the 2 cars that matched my request, took pictures of both and sent them to me to compare! Everything was done by e-mails and when I got to West Lake Ohio after a 3 hours drive from Michigan, their kindness and professional service made me realize that it was worth the trip! Mike niedzwiecki and Don had all the paper work done and ready for me upon my arrival, all I needed to do was sign! Tom and the Ganley team were extremely responsive Just completed a transaction with Tom Zito at Ganley BMW and felt compelled to share my experience. Tom and the Ganley team were extremely responsive and very professional throughout the entire transaction. I purchased a 2014 7 series and traded a 2011 Mercedes Benz. I had some hesitation due to the fact that I am located in CT and Ganley is approximately 8 hours away in Ohio. Tom's demeanor and professionalism gave me the confidence to complete the transaction and make the 8 hour drive. While I had some concerns about figures changing after the long drive, everything was exactly as Tom said it would be including the trade in value assigned to my vehicle and every penny of the terms of the entire transaction. This, of course, requires transparency on both sides and my trade was exactly as I represented so there was no reason for anything to differ. Still, you hear horror stories of people having terrible experiences with out of state dealers. Tom even stayed late on a Saturday evening to meet us because we hit some traffic. It is without any hesitation that I highly recommend Tom and the Ganley team. More
