The last part of my BMW trifecta was a discussion with Mr Nez Faraj in and around the car about the technology and mechanisms of my particular vehicle. Completing the trifecta, Nez is thoroughly knowledgeable, and more importantly, he has an unlimited supply of patience explaining the first round of tech. Nez is a very good teacher.
