I can be a demanding customer insofar as expectations of the staff's knowledgeability of their products and services. Putrri was knew about the vehicles and the differences between models, and was extremely helpful in arranging a lease and accommodating an unusual situation regarding the timing of picking up the vehicle. I have not required service as yet, but anticipate good work. Leasing was a handled very well. A small quibble is that the customer waiting area is not up to the standards one expects from luxury dealerships, but it is adequate and does not reflect on the staff in any way. All in all, a very good experience. And so far, I love the vehicle. More

To start, the overall dealership and building is the nicest in the area when it comes to BMW's, and all of the staff are easy to work with. Howard in particular went above and beyond to make sure that the BMW we were buying was the right choice for us. The entire buying process took around 2 hours or so to complete which was very quick from the time that I had walked in, to the time I had put a deposit down on the car. The entire lease application, completed by Michael on a separate day was less than 30 minutes in an out. Couldn't have asked for a smoother buying experience and Howard delivered. John the BMW Genius also really knew his material on the car. The trade in they gave us for our Lexus was exactly what we had expected and not a penny less. More

They located what I wanted, priced me fairly, quick and easy through finance....no shenanigans or BS. Car looked amazing when I picked it up and the dealership itself was stunning! Steve Mihalic, may salesman was great, got me what I needed in the timeframe I needed it, was knowledgeable and patient. He kept his word, which goes a long way with me and generally wanted me to find my dream BMW....that I could afford. After reaching out to BMW of Westlake I realized that their customer service is on another level when compared to the other dealerships I had visited. They could not have been more accommodating with helping me find the X5 that had everything I wanted within my price range. Putrri Padbatan always made herself available whenever I had any questions throughout the whole leasing process as well as after the deal was completed. I never felt pressured and she was always able to handle any questions or concerns I had along the way. She knew I was in a rush to sell my current vehicle & even offered to give me a loaner for the week while I was waiting for my X5 to be ready so I could sell my car ASAP. They have certainly earned future business from me once my lease expires. More
