My wife and I visited Ganley BMW with looking at a 500 series in mind. I had decided on NOT looking at new cars and seeing what a slightly used BMW would cost. Shawn was quick to arrive as we perused the models on the lot. He delt with my concern about BMW's high cost of maintenance, telling me "If you buy a Certified Pre-Owned BMW, you'll get additional coverage." In general, working with Shawn was a delight. We test drove a 2009, 528i and I fell in love! The car handled great and had about a year left on its original factory waranty. Shawn and his manager worked hard to earn our business. As always--price was the issue! We were not far from what my wife and I wanted to pay and with some negotiating back and forth (they came down twice), we had a handshake deal. We picked up the car a few days later and I'm now the proud owner of a BMW. In truth, I've only owned it for a week, but I have a good feeling about the vehicle and would hight recommend Ganley (and Shawn) to anyone looking for the Ultimate Driving Machine! More

My experience with Jerry was excellent. He went the extra mile in handling all aspects of this sale. From the moment I walked in the store, I was treated like a long, lost friend. I was invited in because my lease was coming due in 3 months. Because of some very timely BMW incentives, along with Adam Moon and Fred Palmer (Managers) having someone that was looking exactly for my old 2010 BMW, they got me out of my lease early and into a new, vehicle (with more equipment), keeping my lease payment within a couple of dollars of the previous lease. The next day, after giving me the deal of a lifetime, they turned me over to John Caruso to deliver my new car. John was also very helpful and very knowledgeable. My last five cars have been from Ganley BMW I have always had an outstanding experience. I can't say enough about the Ganley BMW team. More
Ken Delk and Ganley BMW provided a great buying experience. Ken spent time with me on 2 test drives so I fully understood the qualities and performance of the 535. I was also able to take a new 5 experience. Ken spent time with me on 2 test drives so I fully understood the qualities and performance of the 535. I was also able to take a new 535 home for an evening for an extended test drive. At the delivery of the car Ken spent considerable time to make sure I understood all of the functions inside the new 535. He also offered his time if I needed to come back with additional questions. The 535 was the car for me compared to the Audi A6 and Lexus GS350. More
I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW from Ganley. The salesman was friendly, attentive and informative during the test drive, but did not push me with a "hard sale". Based on my research, the sales price offered as well as the trade-in value were more than fair. The staff was efficient in setting up financing, title transfer, and insurance transfer, and I was able to drive the car off of the lot the next day. Overall, this was a great experience, and I'm loving my 335 xdrive! More

From the beginning, John Caruso, made my experience a pleasant one. He was very helpful, patient, and went the extra mile to make sure I got a great deal on my car. He took the time to explain everything about the car to me. I would highly recommend this dealership. I really appreciate how they took the time to listen to me and gave me a car that I am truly happy with. Fred Palmer was also very, very helpful and professional. However, I gave the overall experience 4 out of 5 because I think a play area for kids could be added. I had to have my 3 young kids with me at the dealership, and each time I went, I was somewhat distracted because I had to keep making sure they were nowhere near the cars in the building/lot. More
Jeremy Galvin here again...why? Good question. I am online reviewing another new car lease from Ganley because my 2011 335d saved my life. Late one night I hit some black ice on a country road at abou online reviewing another new car lease from Ganley because my 2011 335d saved my life. Late one night I hit some black ice on a country road at about 55 mph. As I slid sideways the back of the car in the ditch & the front on the wrong side of the road I hit a driveway with a pipe for the ditch & a steel I-beam to support the driveway. At this point I blacked out but according to the witness the driveway acted like a pole vault & my first flip was a full airborne corkscrew landing on the driver side nose, then flipping end over end 3 more times. They had to cut the roof off of the car to get me out but I walked away with only a couple broken bones...A few days later someone asked me "so are you going to get another Bimmer?" I replied "The last one saved my life so better believe I am!" So I lease a brand new 2012 BMW X3 Msport...man is it incredible...they had a red one, I told Kenny I wanted a Silver one with every single option. The day I got out of the hospital from a minor operation I cruised through the lot with my sister. In the back, JUST IN, the exact X3 I said I wanted, I called Kenny & I said "Dude, did you order that car just for me? It's exactly what I said I wanted” He says "Yeah I know a few people around here" I reply "Bro you are amazing I will see you tomorrow, have it ready." The next day I arrived, the car was ready & I was out of there in just a couple hours with my new X3 Msport! Thanks again to, Ken, Mike, Fred, Jim & the whole team at Ganley BMW whom never give me or anyone I have sent their way anything less than 110% dedication. For that this is "My" BMW dealer...Period. More
