Let me start by saying that I like this brand and have had a few BMWs over the years. My friends and colleagues would probably refer to me as detail-oriented, picky or maybe a pain to deal with. Lease was up on my coupe and I wanted to try something a little different. I just missed a good deal on a relatively scarce convertible (by less than an hour or so). Even with the extra work involved, Brooks and Frank found several comparable cars, let me pick which one I wanted and got the car to the dealership in time to qualify for the special leasing that BMW had to offer. Heroic efforts by all. Fred was very fair on my trades. In general, Frank has had a noticeable positive impact on the dealer's customer-facing attitude and approach in a very short period. Fred is always great to work with. Brooks is a very professional and has a lot of knowledge about the vehicles. He's a great listener as well. More
This is my third vehicle from Ganley BMW having worked with Client Advisor, Ken Delk from the start. Ken is certainly knowledgeable about the brand, but my experience goes beyond that. Sometimes the smallest details carry the most weight; as having a window decal with significant sentimental value transferred to my new car without my asking...thanks for that Ken! Further, I had a specific color and interior in mind, and though it took some doing, Ken was able to locate the vehicle in another state and had it delivered as promised. In working with Finance Manager, Mike Hall for the first time, I found him to be both professional and courteous. He advised me of the "add-on" protection options available but was never pushy, which made for an overall good experience. There are many dealerships with whom I could do business. For me, customer service is an important factor in the process. All things considered, as long as I drive the BMW brand and Ken is a part of the team, I will definitely be a Ganley client. A. I Leased a 2011 335D about 5 months ago & it is nothing but a dream I avg 30mgp city & 37-40mpg highway! (even better if I can avoid the AWESOME pull 425 lb-ft of torque) The deal was super smooth & let's just say Ken & Fred worked some (Magic) & got me out of car I had just leased 3 months prior & needed out of. Wonderful Work! I brought a friend in & thanks to the magic of the Team, he leased a 2011 328xi & Bought his fiance a CPO 2008 328xi! WHAT A DEAL on 2 great cars! My initial experience with Ganley BMW was for service of used BMW which I had purchased from a private seller in May 2011. When I was in the market to evaluate new vehicles, I sought out Jim's advice. Jim referred me to Ken Delk in new vehicle sales. Ken listened to my driving habits and needs as well as the types and features of my past vehicles. He recommended a 528i X drive for my evaluation. Although the features on this 2012 were very new, Ken was very knowledgeable about the vehicle's features and comparative details of other models. Ken was very reasonable in working a lease term that met my expectations and upon delivery, he spent considerable time with me explaining and formatting the features of my new vehicle. Mike Hall handled the business transaction and was very professional and did not press additional services or features beyond my original agreement. The entire buying experience was well organized and efficient and further strengthened my relationship with this dealership which began with a service visit. More
