I stopped by to prepare for my lease-end procedure review and left with a wonderful new 2012 vehicle from the showroom. Frank Steffen (GSM) and Brooks Rorapaugh made the process comfortable, efficient, and t and left with a wonderful new 2012 vehicle from the showroom. Frank Steffen (GSM) and Brooks Rorapaugh made the process comfortable, efficient, and thoroughly enjoyable. Although this is not my first BMW, I was treated like a brand new client from the test drive to the time Mr. Rorapaugh spent orienting me to the newer features of my vehicle after my excited decision to acquire the vehicle. Although the vehicle was taken from the showroom with its bow for the holiday, it was taken into service and completely detailed and inspected by the service department, Mr. Steffen and Mr. Rorapaugh while I proceeded with the financial details. This is the kind of treatment that all individuals purchasing a vehicle should experience. Courteous and conversational, knowledgeable regarding product and performance, and genuinely passionate about the brand and concern for my happiness with my purchase.
