I had tires shipped from Tire Rack directly to BMW of Westlake, and Matthew took care of the entire process. Once the shipment arrived, they quickly scheduled me in. I also needed spark plugs replaced on Westlake, and Matthew took care of the entire process. Once the shipment arrived, they quickly scheduled me in. I also needed spark plugs replaced on my BMW M5, and they were able to handle everything in one day. What stood out even more was the level of service. Since it was a same-day job, I didn’t need a loaner, but Matthew still arranged for one of the service team members to give me a ride home. That kind of thoughtful support goes a long way and shows why BMW of Westlake earns long-term customers. Thank you again for the exceptional service—I truly appreciate it. More
