The customer service staff were very friendly and informative as to the nature of the fix and approximating the pick up time. As it turned out, they had my car repaired in about an hour and called to let me know it was ready for pick-up. It was one of the best "no-hassle" service repairs I have ever experienced! More

Going Beyond The Normal Call For Service Two weeks ago my alternator went bad on my 2012 Honda Accord, leaving my car without power. I managed to exit the highway (Rt 90) onto a safer suburb Two weeks ago my alternator went bad on my 2012 Honda Accord, leaving my car without power. I managed to exit the highway (Rt 90) onto a safer suburban street, but was completely stranded a day before leaving for vacation. The closest dealership was BMW of Westlake, so I called for a tow to their service department. Even though it was after 5pm I was able to reach General Manager, Adam Moon. He immediately arranged to have my car picked up - the tow truck arrived in 15 minutes. I left for vacation the next day, but while I was gone Adam and his service staff procured the part, repaired the vehicle and had it delivered to my home in Avon, so that it was completely ready when I returned. There could not have been a more convenient outcome. I truly appreciate the commitment to helping me in a tough situation - especially in light of having to service a car that they don't typically see.
