I got a call after the install of my side mirror that the part arrived. This was a little confusing yet encouraging as the one that was install has a blemish. The service contact I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about and only jnew that the part had arrived, suggesting I call back to speak with Curt. I tried to reach him, but was routed to someone else's voicemail. In that left message, I explained the above, but have not yet received a callback. The originally damaged assembly was also missing in part from my vehicle when I picked it up after the initial install, which seemed strange...it may have been in better shape aesthetically than the one installed now.
