The only downside was the service department was not open over the weekend. I got a flat tire that could not be patched at a tire shop and they didn’t have the tire to match my other 3 tires. So only being i over the weekend. I got a flat tire that could not be patched at a tire shop and they didn’t have the tire to match my other 3 tires. So only being in town for the weekend meant I needed to extend my stay until Monday. However, Steve kept me informed of my tire fix and sent an Uber to pick me up. Then I was on my way back to Ohio. Shoutout to Cynthia who was helpful on Friday at 5:45pm! And to Madison who on Monday pulled my car under the awning so I could load up my luggage and not get wet in the thunderstorms. Overall, solid positive dealership experience! More

Bought a new car it felt great. Now I'm left with a 2 month old expired plate, no one will contact me.
