After replacing my radiator, water pump and thermostat twice, my car is now overheating and I am getting an error message informing me that my engine coolant is overheating, which should not be happening twice, my car is now overheating and I am getting an error message informing me that my engine coolant is overheating, which should not be happening as it was just filled new with the radiator replacement. All in all, a very bad experience at this dealership, I was charged over $1,100 for a 30,000 mile service that doesn't cost anywhere near what I was charged. When I asked the service rep Eric who was supposedly taking care of my situation what the cost was before I had the work done he couldn't or wouldn't give me a quote. He said it wasn't his job and he didn't have the information at hand. Even though I explained to him very politely that my Mother has just passed away and I just paid for her funeral and I was very tight on money, it didn't phase him at all. More
