Dropped off vehicle a day before my appointment. Was told the car will not be checked till 4 day. Was told appointment are not for repairs it’s just to drop off. And no loaners provided. Picked up my car on 5th day and no repair was done while I was told it was complete. Left again with engine light on. Horrible. Unbelievable!!! More

Unprofessional, condescending, sarcastic, and disrespectful. Brought my car in at 6am as instructed by a representative on 9/29/22 @209pm. My car was in the service area by 620am and i was told t disrespectful. Brought my car in at 6am as instructed by a representative on 9/29/22 @209pm.
