The communication and service needs improvement. I scheduled an appointment to check my A/C Unit out as it was making a weird hissing sound and seemed to not be cooling. The agent on the phone told I scheduled an appointment to check my A/C Unit out as it was making a weird hissing sound and seemed to not be cooling. The agent on the phone told me that I would need to book an appointment in order for them to run a diagnostic check. I booked my appointment and was not informed until the day of the appointment when I appeared in person that I would need to pay $300 for the diagnostic test! Never once was I informed of this over the phone! Mind you I booked this appointment a month in advance as this was the closest appointment available. On the day of the appoint I was also informed that I would need to pay the diagnostic fee of $300 in addition to the any labor and parts and regardless of wheather or not I went through with the repair! I was also informed further that any warranty I had might or might not cover any or all of these fees and that it would take 3 hours or half a day to call up the warranty company to confirm what was actually covered if anything at all. All this back and forth could have been avoided by figuring these details out way ahead of time over the phone before my appointment and informing me of my options. In reality no one actually did, but instead preceeded to inform me of all this information only after the department took my car in and proceeded to read me my options. As you can imagine I was furious with these tactics because at the end of the day they are tactics !! After proceeding with my options my car was supposedly repaired by only refilling the Freon. I can attest to this day that my car still isn't cooling properly and my family and I are sweating bullets during these warmer days. In addition the hissing sound has not gone away and has been present from day one of my cars return after it was supposedly repaired. I lost an entire day of work, paid for a repair that didn't fix anything while keeping my car in the shop for an entire day to run a diagnostic test that didn't find anything! More
