Went to Bayside CJD because my 2018 Pacifica lease was coming to an end. Heard and read all the nightmare stories of dealers taking advantage of the market and the shortages of cars and parts. I called coming to an end. Heard and read all the nightmare stories of dealers taking advantage of the market and the shortages of cars and parts. I called and made an appointment and was greeted by Turgo. I sat and in between the paperwork and documentations, I read his reviews. What people said about Turgo was professional, polite and great salesman. However the most common and probably not the expected was that he is honest. I also experienced the professional, polite, great salesman and honest experience. All my expectations were met and and then some more. Highly recommend going to Bayside and if you go, go to Turgo.
