Very bad service error !!!!Went in for a annual service Very bad service error !!!! Went in for a annual service and tire rotation, the Jeep bayside dealer only rotate one side of my tires !!! So I ended Very bad service error !!!! Went in for a annual service and tire rotation, the Jeep bayside dealer only rotate one side of my tires !!! So I ended up having 1 good thread tire on the right side, and a bad one on the left. I discover this 6 weeks later and took the car back in ( took me hours of time ) to get it corrected !!!! But this time! They rotated both sides !!!!!!! Instead of just correcting the side the DID NOT rotate previously. Now again I am left with the same situation just on different side ... and I only check to see if the problem side was addressed before I drove away and only to discover this huge mistake... now I have to drive back and waste another few hours to get it corrected... I have video showing this problem.. More

I leased my 5th vehicle from Bayside Chrysler this week, as always they were spectacular! I was returning a vehicle because I have a special situation going on and they were extremely accommodating.
