We were able to drive home our dream car that night. Terry was extremely professional and spent the necessary time to explain the process and the details of the contracts. I truly believe that we got an excellent deal as terry was straightforward and honest. A true professional. After the papers were signed, Terry put us in the hands of Sam who helped tell us about our new car and get the insurance in order. He took the time to help answer our questions and took extra time to set us up with the Jeep app. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. he even went the extra mile to stay with us after the dealership was closing to explain some of the features of the car. 10/10 excellent customer service.
