It took 2.5 hours for an oil change. Some of the staff at the service desk are rude and inconsiderate. When i entered the service area to advise that my car had been brought inside 3 times and then brought b the service desk are rude and inconsiderate. When i entered the service area to advise that my car had been brought inside 3 times and then brought back out again, I was told that i needed to wait in the waiting area and not stand outside. I did not feel safe being in the waiting area since there was no social distancing. Staff would lower their masks to speak with each other and customers. The service staff do not even look or review the questionnaire that is completed upon entering the area. As a customer i did not feel taken seriously, there is great lack of communication and consideration for people's time. More
