Eli was considerate and listened to EXACTLY what I wanted and Terry made it happen. Sales isn't rocket science but having a team mentality harvests everyone's strengths to accomplish the goal... sales and servicing the customer. Sales was obviously on everyone's mind but it never showed, I was surprised at the restraint shown to not use scare tactics or trash talk other dealers as I was trying to make my decision. Ultimately I ended up going with a Cherokee and have no regrets or second thoughts about my decision to purchase with Bayside Jeep.
