Need a Jeep Awesome go to East Hills stay away from here! On a Jeep inquiry received an email from Salvatore Faraci, called in but spoke with Arnold (Arnie) Kartveli instead as he works under Sal. Okay best he said he had is if in the upper $350.00s. I realized Jeep directly had an offer going for 2019 V6 Cherokee 10000/year for only $200.00. I asked them again are they sure they did not have anything at all repeatedly on phone and writing. They would not even answer back. So went down the road and scored 1 from East Hills. HOWEVER since then they did not stop calling. I told "Denny" who also first screened my info before reaching Arnie the deal and he just hung up. Now a month later they have a 3rd party constantly calling me from a local phone # (cannot display). I just spoke to them today and within an hour Bayside Denny calls me again, I go over the history and he hangs up again. Since then I tried reaching a sales team member - Emily (something like that) who starts challenging me instead that I must be interested or Chrysler company directly messed up (not them) and said that I want to buy a car today (can you believe that ?). Back and forth, nothing I tried to reach management to have my info permanently removed nothing. And that 3rd party company didn't help either as I tried asking them to rectify and remove me. STAY AWAY FROM them. They are misleading direct Jeep offers, misusing their resources and in the end exasperating clients. East Hills took my call and literally said "sure what color would you like?". More

HORRIBLE SERVICE Went to get car checked out because i heard metal dangling sound from front wheel. Scott said everythings done, so I said Thank You and was on my way. Went to get car checked out because i heard metal dangling sound from front wheel. Scott said everythings done, so I said Thank You and was on my way. Still heard the sound so went again the next day and a different service adviser was there. Wrote me up and said I need to pay $200 for diagnostics? Car has only 18,000 miles and I've never had any service center charge me for a vehicle under warranty. Why did Scott not charge me but the next guy wants to? Sometimes you charge, sometimes you dont?? I tell him that's not right and I have never heard of paying for diagnostics on a car with factory warranty. He replies " Now you do"... If there is a problem, then you tell me the problem and I'll pay for it but for diagnostics? The car was leased from Bayside Jeep too. Not the service/ customer service i expect after getting a $55-$60k vehicle from them. More
