A Solid and Fair Sales Experience with Luis! Luis was great to work with, very friendly and easygoing. He's naturally a very likeable guy and will try to do what it takes to make you happy. I have no complaints about Luis and would recommend him to a friend. The same recommendation goes for Richard Paragas, the Sales Manager who oversaw the transaction. Ultimately, my deal ended up to be a pretty fair compromise and I was very happy overall (I tend to negotiate and question things quite a lot, and on top of that I'm not the easiest person to deal with). This dealership is very busy and seem to do a decent amount of volume - which can be good for you in the long run. As long as you come prepared knowing what you want and have done some research, you will be treated fairly. If you need to be pampered, have lots of time spent on you and have your butt kissed like the high-end dealerships on the North Shore do, this is not the place. You need to: A) be okay with a no-frills kind of service and appreciate what really counts, and B) have a do-it-yourself kind of attitude when it comes to certain details. Keep in mind that what counts at the end are the numbers. I would recommend this dealership, and I specifically recommend working with Luis. More

Jeep Grand Cherokee Stopped by on a Saturday 2 hours before closing. My husband and I were interested in trading in our car at the moment for a new vehicle. As soon as we Stopped by on a Saturday 2 hours before closing. My husband and I were interested in trading in our car at the moment for a new vehicle. As soon as we entered we were greeted by a salesmen here at Bayside Chrysler whom was Luis and he helped us through the whole process. We were here passed there closing time which was 6 and they had no problem. We worked out numbers and were satisfied so we made a deposit and came the following day and picked up our new vehicle. So far very happy with the purchase. Will be coming back soon to get another vehicle for my father in law. Thanks Luis! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Luis is the guy to go to! More
