Unfortunately this is the third time since I have purchased my car at this dealer that the service has been horrible. For something as simple as an oil change and a tire rotation this is the third ti purchased my car at this dealer that the service has been horrible. For something as simple as an oil change and a tire rotation this is the third time where I checked the oil filter after I am giving the vehicle back and the oil filter has not been changed or the tires rotated. How I know this I have my ways very simple but I will not divulge that here. I suggest that you check to make sure that they change your oil filter if you request it and that therein lies another problem that if they do not change the oil filter who's to say that they actually change the oil in the engine. What is concerning is that these vehicles are no longer luxuries in our day-to-day lives but rather a necessity to be used for work to transport ourselves and our loved ones. The other issue I find is that you cannot see when your vehicle is being worked on if the work is done. As mentioned previously this is the third time that this has happened as the saying goes fool me once shame on me fool me twice shame on you but this is actually the Third time. I will be leery of going back again for any more service to this location if it hadn't been for Brian who works in dispatch who assured me that next time he will personally look after my vehicle. I can only hope since I cannot see the vehicle being worked on that they work will be done accordingly. More
