I had my vehicle serviced on Saturday 04/06/24 and was early for my appointment, they acted as if I didn't have one. I paid more then $1000.00 and didn't like how they treated me when they had me fill early for my appointment, they acted as if I didn't have one. I paid more then $1000.00 and didn't like how they treated me when they had me fill out a form with my credit card information. Didn't like having them make copies of my drivers license and my credit card. Didn't like when the cashier had to go into the back room with my credit card and drivers license out of my view to make copies. And didn't like being charged a surcharge of 2% for paying with my credit card. This made me feel like they didn't trust me after more than 4 years of only getting my vehicle serviced at this location where I bought my vehicle from. Felt like if I didn't fill out the paperwork and surrender my credit card and drivers license they weren't going to return my vehicle to me. If I paid cash they probably would have treated me better. Not everyone carries that much cash on them these days and no way will I. There excuse was that many customers are canceling their payments. Don't know if I will return to this location in the future. This process might be illegal and I'm reporting it to find out. More

I regret to say that my recent experience with the service department has been profoundly disappointing. After being promised a timely update on my vehicle, I was left waiting without any communicatio service department has been profoundly disappointing. When I attempted to follow up, I was informed that the representative had left for the day, leaving me in the dark about the status of my car. Upon calling the next day, I was met with further frustration as I was told the representative was in a meeting and would call me back once available. Hours passed, and when I finally reached out again, I was met with dismissive remarks about the dealership's workload. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. Finally, when I did receive an update, I was informed that it would take an excessive three days just to diagnose the issue with my car. This delay is simply unreasonable, and it reflects poorly on the dealership's ability to manage its service appointments effectively. it's disheartening to note that the availability of appointments seems to exceed the capacity of the service department, leading to extended wait times and inadequate communication with customers. This is a clear indication of mismanagement and a disregard for customer satisfaction. Moreover, my decision to choose bayside for service was based on necessity rather than preference, as it was the only option available at the time. it has become evident that the dealership's claims of availability were misleading, if not outright false. In conclusion, my experience with bayside has been marred by incompetence, poor communication, and a lack of integrity. I have lost all confidence in their ability to provide satisfactory service, and I will not be returning. I strongly advise others to reconsider entrusting their vehicles to this establishment, as it has proven itself to be a disreputable and shady business. More

I love the brand and decided to give in my Cherokee 2021 for the Grand cherokee 2024 4Xe, little did I know. I leased it in February 2024 at Bayside Chrysler Jeep, 2nd week of having the vehicle, I wake up one morning and try to open the car but battery is completely dead and car ends up in the service department for 5 days, I kept on calling and no one could give me an answer till I physically went to dealership and my salesman Jamaine was able to get me some answers. 1 month later my car ends up in the service department again and has been there for the past 2.5 weeks,this time they told me that they needed to change the shifter but that ended up not being the problem, it took them an additional week to figure out what is wrong with the vehicle and now they are saying that they need some kind of valve and that they dont even have an ETA for the missing piece. My husband went there on Monday, April 8 and they told him that they would call and update us and as of today April 11 we have not heard back from them. This has been my worst experience all around. I am inconvenienced in every way, they have my car parked 2 blocks away in the street, passed by one day and i was shocked, they just leave all vehicles in the street parked for days.I am very disappointed. I am renting a car with enterprise because this specific dealership/service dept does not have service loaners, I have paid out of pocket $1800 and will keep on paying till I get my car back, i will be reimbursed but now i have to lay out all that money. Every thing has been a disaster from the car itself and the runaround with the service department. More
