The service center were very nice friendly. when I leased my 2017 Jeep grand C.. the Sales person never offered us some complement oil changes. We have leased cars before with other dealer ship when I leased my 2017 Jeep grand C.. the Sales person never offered us some complement oil changes. We have leased cars before with other dealer ships and they've taken care of me. My lease is up in one more year, Not too happy that I was not offered some deals and to also mention that , The sales rep. locked us in a very high lease for that truck.Franklin is no longer working for Jeep. Dangerous car I have a Chrylser Pacifica Limiter 2018, it broke down few times for no reason in the middle of road , and it’s suddenly locked the steering wheel whi I have a Chrylser Pacifica Limiter 2018, it broke down few times for no reason in the middle of road , and it’s suddenly locked the steering wheel while you are driving ,luckily my grandkids was not with me that time . Then we sent my little brother to Turgo and now my little brother has a bran new 2019 Jeep. Jay at service is the go to guy when he need your car fixed! He ,makes sure that our car is taken care of quickly. Bob is the manager at service and any issue that you happen to run into he takes care of it. He makes sure that you leave satisfied!!!!! More
