Satisfactory! Went in without a scheduled appointment!! Called Chris Albanese around 10:30AM, and explained that my 2013 VW CC needed an oil change. He told me to b Went in without a scheduled appointment!! Called Chris Albanese around 10:30AM, and explained that my 2013 VW CC needed an oil change. He told me to bring it in, which I did. I arrived at 11:47AM, and was out by 1:00PM!! I was shocked, and now I will be going to Bayside VW from this day forward. Chris was attentive, and he explained everything that was going on with the car. 25 point vehicle inspection, and top off all fluids. Well I'm grateful, and the little faith I had in some of the VW dealer service centers has been restored for now. Thank you Chris and your staff!!! Good people at Bayside!! More
