Very difficult to make an appointment. Had to speak to two different people. Corey stated he would get my truck fixed. After two days at the dealer, my battery still wasnt replaced. All that was done was a charge. I questioned him about further details and his reaponse was he didnt know. Nothing got fixed. While attempting to get my truck from service, i was blocked in amd had to go chase a porter down to move other vehicles. Such a waste of my time. Very poor service and my truck still acts like its starting slow. All i wanted was my battery to get replaced. Literally the easist task. More
