I was very disappointed in the fact that the app said this location offers free carwash with a service appointment and when I got there they said they were "staffed" to do a car wash? I personally always this location offers free carwash with a service appointment and when I got there they said they were "staffed" to do a car wash? I personally always get car washes when i have gotten services done at other dealerships so I thought that was inconvenient and odd. I chose this location as it was close to my job and its my first service done to my Chevy Traverse. I'll go to a different Chevy dealership next time I guess. They had waters and sodas which was nice. More

Brought in for the first oil change since purchase. Also, asked about the protection they put on the windshield when we purchased, because it wasn’t working properly.
