Beaver Toyota St. Augustine

I bought a car from Beaver Toyota in 2021 and had a decent experience. However when I got to finance I wasn’t explained to that the warranties were adding to my loan. I was recently in need of another decent experience. However when I got to finance I wasn’t explained to that the warranties were adding to my loan. I was recently in need of another car and decided to go back to Beaver since it didn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth and I know Toyotas are good cars. I encountered a salesman named Daniel. I told him all the boxes I needed checked and all the ones that were a hard no. I don’t feel like he listened to my needs at all. Instead he tried to convince me into a car that I had already told him I do not want. I asked numerous times how much my trade in would be and never got an answer until I was ready to leave. I even brought my car the day before I was ready to test drive to give them time to get a number back to me. I knew how much I could afford with how much the minimum blue book value would be. Then I was offered 2K less than what it would be valued at despite that I still had an extended warranty and have had my car serviced by Beaver since I bought it brand new in ‘21. I highly doubt I will ever go back to Beaver as the way they try to ask you how much you can afford each month instead of giving you upfront numbers on cars and trade ins. I really had hoped the second time there would have been a better experience but it only got worse. More

I have been buying cars and SUVs since 1969. After 52 years of buying vehicles - this was the best salesmanship I have witnessed and the best sales result I have ever had. They demonstrated devoted commitment to both the welfare of the customer and to the success of Beaver Toyota - a balance that only the best salesmen can maintain. Mr. Kraus diligently spent three days selling the product and overcoming several challenges to the deal. He initiated contact with me about a unique opportunity to buy the Corolla Cross SUV. He had developed a tracking-system.that identified me as a potential customer; then followed up and never waivered until the sale was completed. I am an attorney and very difficult to satisfy about all the details. David's attention to detail is the best I have witnessed in a salesperson. At the same time, he does not get lost in the details; he manages the big issues reasonably and with outstanding judgment. David Kraus should be groomed for higher executive positions in the Toyota corporation. While he has a brilliant business acumen; he is down to earth, personable, confident, easy to talk with, and demonstrates great common sense. Toyota has a great asset in Mr. Kraus. Isaiah Price is a rising star as well - with a confidence, strength, forcefulness and presence that inspires confidence in the customer about the Toyota product. I love the Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE they sold me. It's as if Toyota had designed and manufactured a vehicle just for me: IT'S PERFECT! In the foreseeable future, I will be back to purchase an even more expensive vehicle from Beaver Toyota. I want to add that on his own initiative Jerry May started the whole process that lead to the sale. He introduced me to the Corolla Cross model several months ago, when I brought in my Toyota RAV-4 for regularly scheduled maintenance at Beaver Toyota. Jerry then followed up by email and text, so that my interest in the Corolla Cross grew - until David Kraus recognized it in his tracking-system and completed the sale. Gabriel Saling, the Beaver Toyota General Sales Manager, ultimately made the decision about the sale and the specifics of the deal. While I did not personally meet him, I could see he was very fair - perfectly maintaining the balance between the welfare of the customer and the success of Beaver Toyota. He exceeded my expectations in discerning that my 2022 lease agreement with Beaver Toyota for the RAV-4, had an unusual "money down" provision, which he resolved with the wisdom of Solomon. Seth Cameron followed up the sales process with expert financial work. He easily developed a rapport with me, as if I had known him all my life. He answered all my questions about the paperwork, which generated a confidence in him and Beaver Toyota. Now I can say it: WOW!!! More

Bought a vehicle 4 weeks ago. Buying process was flawless and great. Vehicle had 1 key and was promised they would get me another one. 4 weeks of calls and texts and they finally Buying process was flawless and great. Sat around for 2 hours to be then told they couldnt find the key that was ordered. So the customer service guy in me thinks well they will top my tank off or wash the car to compensate. Nope park it out front and have a nice day. We will mail you the key when we find it. Then I get to head over to another dealership to get it programmed. Major Fail by the service dept UPDATE****** What a clown show this service dept is. Remember the were going to WOW you....oh I got wowed this morning alright. Took the spare key over to Fields Cadillac. They were beyond amazing. Come to cash out and call Beaver to get the payment. Because the vehicle and service were in my mind the $16 of tax on the bill. I was told the service guy said it was the principle as to why he didnt want to pay the tax. So after driving all the way to xx Aug last week and getting jerked around for a lost key. Wasting gas and time. Yep I paid the $16....So yes when I say me not doing business with you is certainly due to the principle. More

Truly amazing service. I was expecting a large bill but was pleasantly surprised that they covered it under the manufacturer warranty and there was NO CHARGE!!!
