Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and a couple weeks later it started making a strange noise. I took it to a local shop I trust and my water pump was broken which would result in $1000 plus couple weeks later it started making a strange noise. I took it to a local shop I trust and my water pump was broken which would result in $1000 plus to fix it. The shop told me they could tell from the corrosion on the water pump that it had been like this for awhile and I should reach out to the dealership. After speaking with the dealership they stated very rudely there was nothing they were going to do about it and sometimes that just "happens with used cars." I then proceeded to ask them if they check over used cars before putting them on the lot and they told me they put more money than any other dealership into used cars and replace anything that needs done. I asked them why they didn't replace the water pump if they apparently do all this and they made the excuse it wasn't like that when they had it. The mechanic said it CLEARLY had been like that for a long time. The dealership was not willing to work with me at all. They then said I got such a good deal on the car they couldn't afford to lose anymore money. It's not about them losing money it's about them selling me a car that clearly had something wrong with it and not making it right. I went to this dealership thinking I could trust them when clearly I can't. I would recommend everyone get a pre purchase inspection done by another mechanic before purchasing here. It could saving you thousands of dollars. Extremely disappointed in this dealership. I reached out to the manufacturer of this vehicle and LUCKILY it was covered under the manufacturers warranty. If not I would have been screwed. More

I had the worst buying experience with Beaver Toyota. I am an out-of-state buyer and purchased a Toyota Certified Pre-owed that had several issues when I received it. The brakes had to be replaced within the first week to extreme shaking while braking, the XM radio did not work, and the center console latch was broken. All-in-all, it cost me ~$500 to get the repairs completed. I attempted to email the GM of Beaver “Nick” but no response. I emailed Bo in Finance, same, no response. Lastly, the sales guy, Mike, that worked with ghosted me once I signed the documents. Don’t buy from Beaver, terrible customer service. More
