Laurence P was my sales and my finance man was David seals. I had probably the worst day. Tearful bc my car was in bad shape but I didn’t have a scratch.. He set up everything with such ease and even help give me ginger ale when I felt the nerves of buying a car. He made sure to contact me with any issues. He also looked at different cars in my budget. I don’t have much to give .. I’ll probably never be rich. Im that friendly bus driver that the kids and family love as of now the past 5 years and still going. I’m so glad I came in and got taking care of. The entire store was clean. Everyone was such a help. I hope to always to stick with a Toyota. It been proven to keep me safe and my lovely daughter. Good warranty and service plans for sure. I’m telling all I know if they want to get a car stick with Toyota bc they are built to last!! Hottrod was a great salesman, even though I was an xxxxxxx and first. He was patient with me and even helped me get a better deal. Don't really know George's title but he was great, also. I believe they will stand behind their car. I'll be making another review soon about the vehicle and service after I've had the car for about a month. We will see, but great dealership and team. This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Everyone at this dealership that I had contact with was incredibly nice. My salesman was Bob Vespi. He was outstanding.
