Steven De Le Campa seemed to be a very nice honest man, I thought. We were looking for a Carolla Cross. He found us one, but it was out of our price range. A few days later we came to pick it up & we 1st noticed that it was not shined up & prepped, which we thought was odd.. We drove it home, parked it in our driveway. We walked around it so we could admire it & saw that it had a pretty big dent in the back. We were never told about the dent & we feel like we were taken advantage of because we are senior citizens, which is terrible. More

My girlfriend and I came in during night time we were originally looking at the 2014 Lexus with red leather seats that my girlfriend absolutely loved after finding out how much insurance was going to be originally looking at the 2014 Lexus with red leather seats that my girlfriend absolutely loved after finding out how much insurance was going to be we decided she couldn’t afford it but Charlie Dillard did not give up and offered a different car a 2025 Toyota Corolla my girlfriend was not sure about it especially since it didn’t have the red leather seats in it and it wasn’t as sporty as the Lexus after negotiating we walked out with the car with the add ins for free and a great price to add in the leather seats. Charlie was amazing as well as I collect toy cars and even threw in one of their toy trucks apart of the deal. We will definitely be buying cars from Charlie in the future! More
