Everyone at the dealership was so nice. We got there about 35 minutes before they closed on New Year’s Eve and were able to get us into a better car than we had even hoped for. We had spent the whole day visiting different dealerships and this was the first one that we had been in that day that seemed to actually put time and effort into preparing their used cars to look their best. Ned was a pleasure to work with! He was professional but also has a great sense of humor and jokes around with you. We also worked with David Seals in with the financing part and he was great too! The salesman was awesome but when there was an issue with the truck at delivery I was advised the dealership would fix it the next day. I trusted them, took the truck home, and the next day the service manag the truck at delivery I was advised the dealership would fix it the next day. I trusted them, took the truck home, and the next day the service manager, Scott, told me that he didn't care what I was told when I bought the truck, he wasn't going to fix the truck I had just purchased. I would never buy again from Beaver Toyota. More
