The dealership has some beautiful cars, it made the decision process difficult. Christian was a great salesman, he literally helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I believe the whole time I spent on the Beaver Toyota property was about 3 1/2 hours (includes looking and tes find exactly what we were looking for. I believe the whole time I spent on the Beaver Toyota property was about 3 1/2 hours (includes looking and test driving inventory). The property as a whole was very clean and welcoming. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. The car we purchased is 4 years old and looks almost brand new. I'm a happy customer. More

My family and I were completely ripped off by Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine, and I am requesting that they make it right. I purchased a brand new Toyota Tundra SR5 4x4 truck 2 weeks ago, and I was char Toyota of St. Augustine, and I am requesting that they make it right. I purchased a brand new Toyota Tundra SR5 4x4 truck 2 weeks ago, and I was charged $7,000 over MSRP. The final out the door price of my truck was $10,000 over MSRP. I am at fault for trusting the car sales people at their word, but they boasted about how family friendly they were throughout the entire experience that I let my guard down. Upon getting home with my truck, I started doing research into the actual value of it. I built the exact same truck that I have on the Toyota website and found that I was ripped off by approximately $7,000. I was sworn up and down that there were no other trucks in the area and that the MSRP price was as low as they could go. I am a husband and a father of a baby boy. I put $5,000 down on this truck and intended it to be a family vehicle for decades. I instantly lost $5,000 and am now upside down thousands of dollars. I am giving this dealership an opportunity to makes things right. Take this truck back and give me my money back. Please return this truck and show that you have integrity. More
