This is the third car that we have purchased from Beaver Toyota and as usual we have been WOW’d again. Buddy Love was our salesman on the venture and he did an excellent job. Great friendly service. I had a problem with a leak. It was not covered by warranty, but they went the extra mile to help me. My Tacoma is just shy of 3 years old. Beware this dealership, I bought a new truck from them and days after I left they called me several times saying that I had to sign a new contract. I asked them why and what was different and they wouldn' and days after I left they called me several times saying that I had to sign a new contract. I asked them why and what was different and they wouldn't tell me. They then threatened to take the truck back if I didn’t sign new paperwork. They sent someone to my house with paperwork that had a largely increased residual value and I obviously refused, to which they effectively said 'never mind'. I then emailed Nick Reuther the GM with my concerns and received no answer. More
