Intimidation I am just starting my search for a vehicle purchase. I was very upfront with Bobby Pratt and told him I just wanted to look at some vehicles that wer I am just starting my search for a vehicle purchase. I was very upfront with Bobby Pratt and told him I just wanted to look at some vehicles that were of interest to me. He was not at all helpful. I actually got more info on the internet than I did from him. Seemed all he wanted to do was to get me in the office to commit me to a sale. We discussed leasing. We then went to his desk. I was asking specific questions and getting vague answers. He wanted my driver's license. Absolutely Not! I did not feel good about the antics. He went to speak to someone in a room - having told me he was going to get the info I needed. He returned with his "sales manager". That was a lie, as this pompous cowboy is just another salesman! Chance Morgan greeted me with "Hi Babe"! I was indignant. How unprofessional and disrespectful can that be! With a stern face I corrected him by telling him my name. I sat there for a few minutes listening to his BS and intimidation. He helped with the "sale" all right ...... as I couldn't "sail" out of there fast enough. Certainly not a place to do business! With that said, already being stressed and having personal issues going on, I went to Beaver Toyota to buy a vehicle. I went with specific requirements in mind. My salesman, Robert Barton, made things easy for me. Although I did not make it easy on him. As I previously mentioned, I had some personal things going on. Robert was patient and understanding. I left the dealership several times during my purchasing process to handle personal matters. Robert would check on me and make sure I was ok. (my first meeting with him, I kept receiving messages. I give a brief description of my circumstance) It was not just about selling me a vehicle. He showed compassion, patience and understanding of my circumstances. Back to my requirements. Again, I did not make that extremely easy. Robert was up to the challenge and 2 days after my first meeting with Robert, I purchased what I was looking for. Payments were within the terms I wanted. I met with Dustin Hughes in the finance department. He was just as nice, patient and understanding as Robert. Both these gentlemen were professional, patient with my circumstances, compassionate to my circumstances. I would recommend both these gentlemen to anyone, including my family and friends. FYI.... I typically do not leave reviews, but because of how these gentlemen handled me and my circumstances and were able to meet my requirements, I feel they deserve to be recognized. I did not catch her name, but the lady in customer service was extremely nice as well. Quick to help me when I walked in to meet Robert and/or Dustin. In a time when customer service is key having a successful business for most, she was exceptional.
