I had a very positive experience with your service department. Chad was my service person. I had been to Old City Tire Outlet where I went to get a tire patched from a screw that caused a flat tire. department. Chad was my service person. I had been to Old City Tire Outlet where I went to get a tire patched from a screw that caused a flat tire. That bad tire place wanted me to buy 4 new tires that I had never heard of, some off brand tires. They told me that I should not drive off or my other tires could have a blow out. I did leave. I drove down to Firestone tire, and told the service guy my tire saga. That nice and knowledgeable Firestone person, suggested I go out to Beaver Toyota as my Lexus SUV is part of Toyota. From the moment I entered the service department at Beaver Toyota, I had a completely different experience. Chad was very knowledgeable and professional. He had his service people inspect all 4 tires. Upon completion, Chad explained all of my options. I did need two new tires. Eventually I would need two more. I decided to go with the 4 new tires, because if I bought 3 tires, I would get the 4th for free. Also, I would have lifetime alignment included in the warranty. All in all, I realized the tires I bought from Beaver Toyota were far superior.! I am in California and don’t have the tire information with me. I think they are GoodYear. They are great everytime I go in there never had any issues . I will continue to come here to get serviced . Second time in a row. .bad experience. Scheduled routine oil change maintenance with NO tire rotation (per my request) took over an hour and a half when I saw the guy final .bad experience. Scheduled routine oil change maintenance with NO tire rotation (per my request) took over an hour and a half when I saw the guy finally drive my car around, park it, bring in my paperwork & key fob. Thought finally my maintenance manager would soon text me to tell me my car was finished…no such luck. Ten more minutes went by, still no text. Finally decided to go in and ask him what the problem was (he was thumbing around with his cell phone). He told me my car must not be finished since he hadn’t gotten my paperwork and key fob brought to him yet. And that my friends was the problem. The guy who brought the paperwork & fob in didn’t drop it off at my maintenance manager’s desk…nope…he dropped it off at some other desk in a stack of other customer’s paperwork & key fobs and left. That particular desk station was totally unmanned. So it just sat there. I told him I saw the guy drive my car around and bring the paperwork in over 10 minutes ago. He went over and there to that desk, fumbled through some papers and was able to find it. He had no idea why it was dropped off there and not at his desk. Obviously there is a major logistical disconnect between the maintenance managers and shop mechanics. This is a problem at management level and NOT the workers themselves. As I had said before…Nick needs to step up his game bigtime! I sent him a grievance email letter from the last bad experience I had from the time before explaining in detail what had happened. Never heard a word back from him….just crickets! I’m not going to go to the trouble of wasting my time sending Nick another email this time. So much for my being WOW’ed. I’m through and won’t be back. Seriously Nick needs to be let go and replaced by Mrs. Beaver! More

Service is easy at Beaver. Robert is always helpful and friendly. I came in for tires this time. We had a discussion about which tire would be best. Mount, balance and alignment. Safety first. It just took a few hours to do the work. Coffee and tv available. Nice bright waiting area. Tammy checks on you, just another friendly touch.
